1. Who we are

There24.com (“There24”) is operated by BRAINOCTO GmbH. Contact details are provided in our Impressum. These Terms govern your use of the There24 website and our email newsletters.

2. What we offer

There24 curates and sends editorial newsletters for people working in health (e.g., osteopaths, physiotherapists, students). We send up to three emails per week. We do not host or sell video content.

3. Eligibility & sign-up

No account is required. To receive the newsletter you provide a valid email address and confirm your subscription. You represent that you are at least 16 years old (or older where required by local law).

4. Subscription, frequency & unsubscribe

• Frequency: up to three emails per week.
• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by contacting us.
• Delivery depends on your email provider and settings; we are not responsible for filters, bounces or blocking beyond our control.

5. Permitted use

You may read and privately use the newsletter and site content for your own professional or personal purposes. You must not copy, redistribute, scrape, train models on, sell, or make derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Contributions & feedback

If you send us feedback, quotes or testimonials, you grant BRAINOCTO GmbH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and display that material in connection with There24 (with attribution where reasonable). You confirm you have rights to share it.

7. No medical advice

Content from There24 is informational. It is not medical or therapeutic advice and does not replace clinical judgement. Always follow applicable laws, standards and professional guidance.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of an email service provider to deliver the newsletter.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or our service. Material changes will be announced on the site and/or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Warranty & liability

There24 is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAINOCTO GmbH disclaims warranties of fitness and excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and for events beyond our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence. The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
